Tom Palmer is in his 14th season as a partner in the Blue Rocks ownership group and his 1st year as president. Previously, Tom served 11 years as vice president of the Blue Rocks. Tom is president of Palmer & Associates, Inc., a Newark-based site work and paving company. Palmer is a graduate of the University of Delaware and was a three-year letterwinner as a pitcher for the Blue Hens baseball team. He resides in Bear with his wife, Barbara.

They have two children, Jen and Jeff, and one grandson.
